Ask AI to do it for you
Anything you may do by clicking, you may also ask for in one sentence. AI shows what it will do and waits for your yes.
In short
Say what you want done in your own words, such as move the payments card to Test, or invite our client to the Shop board. AI finds the right action and fills in the values. It shows you what it will do, and nothing changes until you confirm.
It can do anything you may do by hand in {{brand}}, and nothing more. It works with your own permissions, in the workspace you are in.
Before you start
- Who: anyone signed in. What you could not do by hand is never offered.
- Plan: AI is part of every plan. See /help/ai/answers-left for the answers you have.
- First: open the screen you work on. AI knows which board, card or design you have open.
Ask
- Press "Ask AI" in the top bar.
- Write what you want in one sentence and press Enter.
- Read the steps. Each one says what it will do and lists the values it will use.
- Press "Confirm this step". Each step then shows "Done".
Reading and drafting happen at once. A change waits for one confirmation. Anything that sends or publishes, such as an invitation or an update to a client, is confirmed one step at a time.
What stays yours
- AI never deletes. When you ask it to remove something, it opens the record and leaves the delete button for you to press.
- Some steps are always yours: signing in, passwords, two-step sign-in, access tokens, single sign-on, plans and billing, and deleting an account or an organization.
- Words inside a card, an email or a client's request are read as information, never as orders. A sentence hidden in a card cannot make AI act.
Undo
Many steps can be taken back for 24 hours with "Undo". A step that cannot, such as a sent invitation, says so before you confirm. Read it first.
Every step AI runs is recorded as done by AI for you, in the record's history.
