See your own trends
Your last twelve weeks - cards finished, cycle time, hours tracked, your longest stretch, decisions made - beside your own earlier weeks. Only you can see it.
In short
My trends shows your last twelve weeks - cards finished, cycle time, hours tracked, your longest stretch, decisions made - beside your own earlier weeks. Only you can see it, and nothing is stored.
Before you start
- Who: you alone. No lead, manager or administrator can see your trends.
- Plan: Analytics is part of every plan, Free included.
- First: do some work. A card appears once its module is on for you and you have work of that kind.
Steps
- Open Analytics, open the dashboard switcher in the title and choose "My trends", marked "Only you can see this".
- Read each card's sentence, for example "12 last week. Your usual week is 9."
Good to know
- It compares you only with your own earlier weeks - never with another person, a team or a typical value.
- Weeks begin on the day your week starts and follow your time zone; the page says which.
- A card appears once its module is on for you.
- Nothing is stored: it is worked out when you open the page and forgotten when you close it.
- No lead, manager or administrator has a view of it, and View as does not show it. It cannot be saved, scheduled or downloaded, and the assistant never reads it.
- You can also keep My trends on Home: Customize, then My trends. The tile shows a few of your weeks, and only to you.
If something goes wrong
- A card is missing: its module is off for you, or you have no work of that kind yet.
- "My trends are only ever read by their own person, signed in at a screen.": a token or another person cannot read them.
