Read organizations, modules, plans and AI

The usage groups beyond people: organizations, teams, module adoption, plan limits and AI.

In short

Beyond people, the usage figures show organizations or teams, which modules people adopt, which plans are in use, which plan limits people hit, and what AI is doing.

Before you start

Who: "See analytics". Site admins see Organizations and Plans; organization admins and managers see their Teams. Only site admins see the estimated AI cost.
Plan: Analytics is part of every plan, Free included.
First: choose "Usage" in the dashboard switcher.

Steps

Open "Analytics", choose "Usage" in the dashboard switcher and set the period.
Read Organizations (site admins) or Teams (organization admins and managers).
Read Module adoption, Plans, Plan limits reached and AI.

Organizations and teams

Site admins see the platform's organizations: how many, how many are new, how many had anyone active, and the ten most active by active people. When comparing, they also see the ten whose activity is dropping. That means at least three people were active before and no more than 70% of them since.
Organization admins and managers see their teams: members, how many were active in the organization's workspace, the share that is, their minutes and the modules most of them used.

Good to know

Module adoption: the people who used each module in the period and how that moved, with how many used it on an average day in the most recent week.
Plans (site admins): the organizations and personal workspaces on each plan now, and the subscriptions started in the period.
Plan limits reached: how often people were refused by a plan limit, how many people and organizations that reached, and which limits did it most.
AI: model calls and tokens, assistant questions, and the share a stored answer served without a model call. Only site admins see the estimated cost.
