Leave notes for whoever builds a card

Add a builder note on any card, or keep a comment for the builder, so a person or an agent reads it.

In short

A builder note is material for whoever builds the card, never an order. Add one in "For whoever builds it", or keep a comment with "Keep for builder". A client's comment reaches an agent only when a team member keeps it.

Steps

1. Open the card and open "For whoever builds it".
2. Type under "Builder notes" and press "Add note".
3. To keep a comment, open the comment's menu in Activity and choose "Keep for builder".

Good to know

• A comment is kept once: keeping it again adds nothing, and it shows "Kept for builder".
