Card templates per kind

Save a template whose cards start with their brief: done-when lines, scope, evidence and intent.

In short

A card template can hold the card brief too. Every card made from it starts with its done-when lines, its scope, what must keep working and the evidence asked for.

Steps

1. Open board settings and open the card templates question.
2. Open a template or add one.
3. Fill the "Card brief" part: "Done when", "Out of scope", "Must keep working" and "Evidence".
4. Save the template.

Good to know

• A card made from the template gets the brief as its own; editing the card later never changes the template.
