Write a board's ground rules

Write short lines every card's package carries: who it is for, principles, non-goals and lines never to break.

In short

Ground rules are short lines by kind, read by every agent after the board's purpose. Each save is a new version. They never relax {{brand}}'s own rules, and a line that tries to is refused.

Steps

1. Open board settings and choose "About".
2. Under "Ground rules", press "Add a line", pick its "Kind" and type it.
3. For a non-goal, add "Watch words"; for a never-break line, link a test and tick "Always judge".
4. Watch the counter, then press "Save as a new version".
5. Every 90 days, read them again and press "Mark reviewed".

Good to know

• At most 3,000 characters in all and 200 in a line.
• A card naming a watch word shows a quiet hint while it is written; it still saves.
