Start each card of a run with kamocore runner

Run kamocore runner on the machine with your coding agent, and each card of your run starts there as soon as it opens.

In short

In a run, each card opens when the cards it waits for are done. The kamocore runner command waits for those cards on your own machine or server. It takes the next opened card of a run you started, starts your coding agent with that card's credential and tells {{brand}} it is still working.

Steps

1. Make a personal access token with Boards write in Settings: press "New token", choose Boards, and press "Make token".
2. On the machine with your coding agent, set the token as KAMOCORE_TOKEN and start kamocore runner.
3. Start the run: pick cards, choose "Give to agents" and press "Start building".

Good to know

• The runner takes only cards of runs you started. Two runners never take the same card.
• Each card's credential lasts at most a day and never past the run's grant.
• A card the runner stops hearing about for 30 minutes shows as silent in the run.
• Without a runner, "Copy start command" on an opened card gives the same credential by hand.
