Compare product boards in the Portfolio

See every product board you can open side by side: features by stage, red and broken ones, releases and progress.

In short

"Portfolio" on the Boards home shows every product board you can open in the workspace you are in, side by side. Each board's card shows its features by stage, how many are live, red, broken and ready to release, how far they have come, and the next release. Boards with something red come first.

Before you start

Who: anyone who can open a product board sees it here. Nothing on the page changes a card.
Plan: every plan.
First: only product boards - boards that follow features from Idea to Live - are listed. See /help/boards/start-a-product-board.

Steps

Open Boards and choose "Portfolio" in the list at the left. On a narrow screen it is a tab beside "All boards", "My work" and "All cards".
Read a board's card: the "Features by stage" bar, the "Live", "Red", "Broken" and "Ready to release" counts, "Progress" and the next release.
Under "Needs a look", press a feature to open its card on the checks that failed.
Press "Open board" to go to that board.

Result: you see where every product stands without opening each board.

What a board's card shows

Good to know

"Live" always shows; "Red", "Broken" and "Ready to release" show only when there is at least one.
The page reads only the workspace you are in. Switch workspace to see another one's product boards.
With no product board yet it says "No product board yet"; someone who may make boards gets "New product board".
