Read the server's health
What the Server tab's tiles say about uptime, clients, memory and hit rate.
In short
The Server tab reads the Redis server's own statistics - version, uptime, clients, hit rate, memory and keys per database - and refreshes them every 15 seconds.
Before you start
- Who: the Server tab is for people who work on the connection (Edit).
- Plan: every plan; it reads the server's own statistics.
- First: a connection that tests well.
Steps
- Select a connection and open the "Server" tab.
- Read the tiles. Press "Refresh" to re-read them at once.
- Open any raw INFO section below the tiles for the full detail.
- Press "Browse" on a "Keyspace" row to switch the header picker to that database.
Good to know
- The memory bar turns red above 90 percent of the maximum. With noeviction, that is when writes start failing for the application.
- allkeys-lru evicts the least recently used key; noeviction refuses writes instead.
If something goes wrong
- "The server could not be reached": the connection failed. Test it on the Connections tab for the reason.
