See what changed since you were here
Home's activity tile and sheet show what your team did - cards moved, estimates saved, checks that started failing or pass again, roles published, interviews held - and a record's sheet shows what happened to it.
In short
Home's Since you were here tile shows what your team did since your last visit - cards moved, estimates saved, checks that started failing or pass again, roles published, interviews held. A record's sheet shows what happened to it.
Before you start
- Who: anyone signed in. You see an entry only when you can open its record yourself.
- Plan: none. Activity is kept for 90 days.
- First: nothing.
See the workspace's activity
- On Home, read the activity tile. It says "Since you were here" while something is new and "Latest activity" otherwise. What happened since your last visit wears New.
- Press "See all" to open the whole stream, grouped by day.
- Choose "Whose activity" to see one team of the organization, or one person who did something here.
- Select a row to open its record. "Show more" reads older activity.
What it holds
On a record
A monitor's or a candidate's sheet ends with its activity, after Related. So does the Related sheet that a saved request, a suite, a role or a UI test opens from its title row. A card keeps its own history in its Activity tab.
Good to know
- Activity is kept for 90 days. The weekly summary administrators receive counts the same activity.
- You see an entry only when you can open its record yourself, in the workspace in the header, from a module that is on there.
- What a hiring team did with an application is shown only to the people who hire for that role, never to the candidate.
- When someone deletes their account, what they did stays, done by Deleted user.
