Catch up after time away

Before you start

• Who: anyone signed in. The lists are complete without AI.
• Plan: "Catch me up" uses one AI answer, only when you press it. It is offered when an AI model can answer for you: your own key, or the platform's within your plan.
• First: nothing to set up. The tile is left out on your first visit.

Steps

1. Open Home after some time away. The "While you were away" tile says when you were "Last here" and lists what happened since.
2. Press "Catch me up". A few written lines appear above the lists, most important first.
3. Select any row under them to open its record.

What the tile holds

Good to know

• Without AI the tile shows the same lists, and they are complete: nothing is only in the written lines.
• Catch me up is offered when an AI model can answer for you - your own key, or the platform's within your plan. It uses one AI answer, only when you press it; asking again for the same items shows the brief already written, at no cost.
• It is written only from the rows in the tile, in your language. It says what happened to records and does not rate, rank or compare people.
• Records of a module your organization keeps from AI are left out of what the model reads. Email addresses and phone numbers are masked unless your organization switched masking off.
• A visit ends after thirty minutes away. The tile looks back to the end of your last visit, fourteen days at most, and is left out on your first visit and when nothing happened.
• Hide it, or bring it back, in Customize.

Check before you act The lines are written by AI. Open the record before you act on what they say.

If something goes wrong

• No Catch me up button: AI is not available for you here. The lists are complete without it.
• The tile says your organization has switched AI off, or keeps these products from AI: an organization admin decides that in the organization's AI settings.
• It says to confirm your email address: open the link we sent you, then press Catch me up again.
• It says you have used your AI answers for now: try again later. Your plan shows what is left.
• A row you expected is missing: you may not have access to its record, or its module is off for you.
