Act on what the platform noticed
Suggestions connect what happens across your modules - a failure no card tracks, cards that follow an API that failed today, interviews on your busiest day - each with the one thing to do about it.
In short
Suggestions connect what happens across your modules, each with the one thing to do about it. Examples are a failure no card tracks, cards that follow an API that failed today, and interviews on your busiest day. Rules notice them, not AI.
Before you start
- Who: anyone signed in. Suggestions come only from modules you have on, about records you could open yourself.
- Plan: none. Rules notice them; no AI does.
- First: nothing. The tile is left out while there is nothing to suggest.
Act on a suggestion
- Find it in Home's "Suggestions" tile (up to three), or at the top of a record's Related panel.
- Press its action.
- Or press "Hide" to take it off the list. Something new about the same record - a new failure, another day - still shows.
Good to know
- Suggestions come only from modules you have on, in the workspace in the header; you never see a record you could not open yourself.
- The tile is left out while there is nothing to suggest.
- In Analytics, the Suggestions report lists them all with their actions. Schedule it weekly for a digest, and add an AI summary if you want it narrated; without AI it stays a plain list.
