Show or hide the Made with line on public pages
Pages you share with the public end with one quiet line, "Made with {{brand}}". Organizations on Business and Enterprise can leave it out.
In short
Pages anyone can open without an account end with one quiet line, "Made with {{brand}}". Organizations on Business and Enterprise can leave it out of all their public pages with one switch.
Before you start
- Who: "Change organization settings".
- Plan: hiding the line is part of the Business and Enterprise plans. Pages in a Personal Workspace always show it.
- First: nothing.
Steps
- Open Organizations, choose your organization and open Settings › Policies.
- Turn on Hide "Made with {{brand}}" on our public pages. It saves itself a moment later.
Result: every public page of the organization leaves the line out from then on.
Good to know
The line sits at the foot of:
- Published API documentation and its changelog
- Your organization's careers page, the list of roles you embed on your own site, each role's page and the organization's public page in Jobs
- Public forms that collect requests for a board, and the page shown after sending one
- The proof page of a release record
- A card shared by link
It never appears on the pages a candidate opens through their own link, in emails, or on the legal pages.
What the link tells
The line links to the {{brand}} front page and tells it only the kind of page the visitor came from - docs, careers or form, for example. It sends no cookie, no address of the page, nothing about the visitor and nothing about your organization. Counting is all {{brand}} does: how many visitors arrive this way for each kind of page, and nothing more. On the role list you embed on your own site, the link opens in a new tab.
If something goes wrong
- The switch is missing: the plan is Free or Pro, or you cannot manage the organization's settings. Pages in a Personal Workspace always show the line.
- The line came back: the plan stopped including it. The switch keeps its setting for when the plan includes it again.
