See your team's calendar and who is out
Show one team's work on the month, see who of the team is out each day, and see your own busy times from a connected calendar.
In short
In an organization, the Month can show one team instead of only your own items: the team's calendars and what its people own, with who is out on each day and the organization's holidays. Your day and week also show the busy times of the outside calendar you connected.
Before you start
- Who: any member of the organization. You see only the items and records you may open yourself.
- Plan: every plan, Free included.
- Someone counts as out when time off they added while working in this organization is approved. Why they are out is never shown, and a half day says "from midday" or "until midday".
Show a team
- Open "Planner" and choose "Month".
- Open "Show" and choose "Team: <name>" under whose items to show.
- Each day says how many of the team are out, or "Organization holiday". Choose a day to see the names under "Who's out".
- To go back to your own items, choose "Only mine" in the same place, or "Reset view" in the title's … menu.
Busy times from your own calendar
When you connected an outside calendar in Planner settings, Today and Week show its busy times as striped stretches labelled "Busy in your calendar". Only the time is shown, never what the event is, and that time is not offered as free.
If something goes wrong
- A team does not appear under "Show": you are not in an organization workspace, or the team was removed.
- No busy stripes: connect a calendar in Planner settings, or reconnect it if its last reading failed.
