Decide what happens to roles, profile links, chat messages and organizations that people reported.

In short

Roles, profile links, chat messages and organizations that people reported wait here. A site admin judges each one and leaves it up, takes it off public lists or takes it down.

Before you start

Who: only a site admin. The Admin console is in the avatar menu of a site admin and nowhere else.
Plan: none.
First: press "Open it" to judge what was reported. The sender of a report is never shown.

Steps

Open "Admin console" › "Reports". "Waiting" lists what needs a decision; "What was reported" narrows it to one kind.
Read what was said and the suggested step. Open the line under them for the reasons given and earlier actions. Who sent a report is never shown.
Press "Open it" to judge the reported item yourself.
Choose "Leave it up", "Take off public lists" (off the public board and search, still opens by its link) or "Take down" (it stops showing to anyone). Taking it off public lists and taking it down ask first.

Good to know

Each decision settles the reports waiting on the role and thanks the senders. The hiring team hears about a restriction.
"Decided" lists what you decided on. "Lift restriction" there takes a restriction back, and the people responsible hear about it.

If something goes wrong

You restricted something by mistake: open "Decided" and press "Lift restriction" on it. The people responsible hear about it.
