Ask questions about your own projects, boards, vacancies and reports, have it do things you check and confirm, connect the model that answers, and let it write report summaries and fill in your candidate profile.

• Ask the assistant a question - Open Ask AI on the screen you are on and ask about the record in front of you.
• Ask AI to do it for you - Anything you may do by clicking, you may also ask for in one sentence. AI shows what it will do and waits for your yes.
• Have the assistant do something - Say in one sentence what you want done, check the steps it proposes and confirm them.
• Automate routine work - When something happens, {{brand}} runs the steps you chose, as you, with your rights.
• Find out why a run failed - Press Why did this fail? on a failed run to get what failed, the likely cause and what to try next.
• Check what the assistant reads and sends - Numbered sources, what each module contributes, your organization's AI settings, and reused answers.
• See how many answers you have left - What counts as a new answer, what is free, and what to do when the allowance runs out.
• Connect your own AI model - Add a key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI Foundry, Kimi or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and test it.
• Choose a saved or a session key - Keep a key encrypted on the server or in this tab only, and see which key answers.
• Add an AI summary to a report - Have the model write an executive summary at the top of a report, by hand or on a schedule.
• Fill in your profile from your resume - Let the model draft your candidate profile from your resume, then review it before you save.
